Hopefully you won't need to return an item, however, if you do, it is our aim to make this as simple as possible. By following the guidance below you can help us to help you when a product is not what you expected, or is faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected by this guidance.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancelling an order is possible if you contact us within 48 hours from your order date/time.

Please note that order cancellation is not possible for order that has been dispatched. Should the cancellation is compulsory, the request will be treated as Return. A cancellation penalty charge will be levied which is 25% of your purchase amount and shipping fee is non-refundable.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If your purchase isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return.

To return or exchange your purchase, pack the items securely in original packaging, if possible. If you have discarded the original packaging, you can pack the items by your own method or contact us for assistance, we will guide you through the process.

Please note that we do not accept exchange or return due to:
• Dissatisfaction on colour preferences
• Ordering products in the wrong size
• Items not in original condition/used

We are only able to offer exchange of the same item. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative color/design/style, we suggest that you return it at your own cost for refund and make new a purchase for the new item. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping fee for exchange is applicable.

CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS

Most of our products offered are custom made products, which are created fully or in part based on information specific to each individual customer thus have little resell value. As a result, we will NOT ACCEPT the return of such products unless there are incorrect handlings from ROTA's side. In such case, please make your claim within 30 days of receiving your products by emailing us at: info@e-roundwindwos.com and attach the photos of products as well as proof of purchase.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

If any product you purchase is damaged or faulty, please notify us as soon as possible. Our aim is to get the problem put right as quickly as possible.

If you wish to return a faulty item, please contact us on shop@e-roundwindows.com quoting your order reference (which you can find on your order acknowledgement email) and giving full details of the problem with your order. Please make sure that you return all component parts and any promotional items received.

We may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights. Our policy on faulty products does not affect your legal rights.
